This project involves the selection and integration of the motor and inverters for the UGR-X24 competition entry. This includes the regenerative braking portion, for which simulations will need to be run. This is all for the FSUK competition in July 2024. The structure for the year follows UGRacing's concept guide structure, where there were 3 formally submitted documents. The design criteria, which outlines the requirements and constraints of the task, the design review, which highlights the semi-final design ready to be critiqued by more experienced members of the team, and finally the design report. The design report is the formal, final form of the created component/system. It is what is used by the team head to create the document for submission to IMechE Formula Student, which is what the judges at the competition see and grade.

This is the project part of all aerospace students at the University of Glasgow. It involves the analysis of existing rocket systems, and the design of one new. This work was submitted in semester 2 of the 2023/2024 session as part of a group project. There were five of us in a group, with work split evenly between us.

This website is an ongoing project. I will continue to maintain this website as my portfolio of my projects and contributions to teams/competitions. I am not a computer science student, nor did I even study it in high school, so please bare with any strange choices/wording as everything here is self taught!
